Affectability Investigation of MEMS Flexure FET with Various Gates

Paper ID- AMA-05-12-2020-10470

This paper deals with the design and modelling of Flexure FET and the FETs are the one of the important fundamental devices in electronic devices. In this paper we are going analyses one of the MEMS Flexure Gate Field Effect Transistors. Here we will design gate of the FLEXURE FET with different type of materials and with different structure and we made the comparison between all the structures. We apply pull-in voltage to the Gate with respect to the change in the gate voltage the respective displacement of the gate changes which reflect the change in the drain current and sensitivity.

A Survey ON Setting MODELLING Procedures IN CONTEXT AWARECOMPUTING

Paper ID- AMA-05-12-2020-10469

A system is context-aware if it uses context to provide relevant information or services to the user, where relevancy depends on the user’s task. Context-awareness is offering services to users with react of proactively to user environment and service conditions. The main goal of context-aware system is to track and identify the users. There exist many approaches for modeling context information and each model brings along some reasoning techniques. Many researchers are concentrated the context aware computing and pervasive computing and has developed different context modeling and reasoning techniques. This paper mainly addresses key performance issues, challenges and different modeling techniques for Context aware computing and summarizes them.

Representation and Factual Analysis of Multi Dimensional Data of Remote Sensor Networks Using Self Organizing Maps

Paper ID- AMA-05-12-2020-10468

A Wireless Sensory Network(WSN) has put much importance to the data that it gets from the Sensor nodes, since the data from sensors are so valuable since sensor has limited life time and moreover the sensors are mostly not reachable physically once they are deployed, so an efficient analysis of the valuable data needs to be place once the data is obtained, so that decision making is can be effective. The Self Organizing Maps(SOM) technique of Artificial Neural Network, which are proven methodologies for clustering the data has more advantage and it has been proposed in this paper for the sink data analysis and the SOM has been modified, by storing the sensor location information in its Best Matching Unit, so that SOM can be used for Classical Statistical Analysis too.

A Smart Supporter Approach In Remote Ad Hoc Organization

Paper ID- AMA-05-12-2020-10467

Wireless Mobile Ad-hoc network is upcoming next generation technology. The foremost reason to be the popularity of MANET is its infrastructure less nature. MANET is a group of wireless mobile nodes which are connected wirelessly. Nodes may be highly mobile because the beauty of wireless network (like MANET or cellular system) lies in mobility. But due to this mobility of nodes, the topology of the node and network changed frequently. This frequent change topology affects to the communication between nodes. If nodes are within the range of each other they can communicate properly but if nodes are not in the range of each other, communication will not be possible smoothly or even ongoing communication may be disrupting or lost. So there is a need to develop and design a mechanism or system that can handle such types of situation and prevent communication failure or frequent link failure. In the present work a novel booster mechanism approach is proposed to overcome such situation or Link failure. In the proposed Approach, the level of the Power at both the Transmitter as well as Receiver is measured in order to maintain communication smooth between the nodes. If one node is moving away from the communicating node then both moving node will measure its receiving power with respect to the distance and if its current power level reaches the threshold level it switched “ON” its Booster and at the same time it send a message to source node which contains received power level of moving node due to this, that source node also “ON” its Booster and thus both nodes connect together to protect the link failure during that mobility. The Booster Approach is a novel concept in the direction of smooth communication in dynamic or wireless environment in Mobile Ad hoc Network

Automatic Investigation for Orthologous in Homologous Hematologic Gene Sequence Data Utilizing UPGMA Method

Paper ID- AMA-05-12-2020-10466

There are several distinct tools to identify orthologous gene sequence from homologous gene sequence. Identification of orthologous gene is a major issue, and it is found that orthologous genes are responsible for any genetic disorders. In this paper we are focusing on hematologic disorders and found that orthologous genes are primary actor of haematological disorders. Here we present a novel approach to explore orthologous genes in homologous hematologic gene sequence data and discover the relationship between hematologic genetic disorders through phylogenetic tree reconstruction using UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean) method
